Arts By Nomads is an online store offering original artwork, home décor, apparel, stationery, gifts, digital downloads, and other creative products. Many of our products are made to order through trusted production partners.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible.

• Handmade and print-on-demand products may have small variations that do not affect quality.

These variations are not considered defects.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed due to obvious pricing mistakes.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed before an order enters production or ships.

We accept the payment methods offered during checkout.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because production begins shortly after purchase:

• orders cannot be modified once production has started
• production times vary by product
• shipping estimates are approximate and not guaranteed

7. Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address or another issue, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist before production begins.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered:

• digital downloads are non-refundable
• digital downloads cannot be exchanged

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

10. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• postal carriers
• customs processing
• weather
• natural disasters
• strikes
• other events beyond our reasonable control

11. Customs and Import Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other government fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
